The Last Days

We are living in the last days!
Yes, - the last days of our Harveymoon2016.  It won't be long now.  We will come again, to UK.

In short, it's been a blast!  We have had a whale of a time, and enjoyed every minute of it.

Time has come though to get our lives back to "normality", - whatever that feels like for us in the days ahead.
We have spent the last two days at Alliance Hill RV Park, Marianna, Florida, and Glenn, the owner has been particularly kind and helpful to us.  We started our journey here (on the advice of Ron & Cecile) and we have ended our journey here too.
The point of having a couple of days at Alliance Hill was so that we could just spend 2 days cleaning Harvey up and put a bit of spit and polish to make him shine.
Tim was up bright and early both days, and got on with his outside jobs, while Ruthie got up and spent the time doing the indoor jobs.
Dodging the midges and termites was a bit of a problem, but it didn't stop Tim from beavering away!

one of the many neatly formed termite holes we've seen.

We managed a swim in the pool, and to watch a DVD, and do all the leisure things too.

Right now we are sitting in a laundromat place getting the bedding all washed and dried.

Soon we'll be off
